In my view that is despicable, unethical business practice - hence the 1 star review. It's glaringly noticeable that no-one contacted me to say that the refund had not gone through. only to be told that the bank transfer was "rejected" and could I check my account number again. It's been another week waiting for any refund. They wanted to refund via PayPal (not return to the Company Credit Card used to buy it) but I asked if they could return to bank and they can (easier for our accounting). The customer service is unbelievably slow. That aside, I've been chasing my refund since they received the goods. The RMA process was a nightmare and had the least accessible courier outlets possible. I returned a Key Light with a faulty power supply to Elgato last month. Returned product and refund still outstanding
